Olio Launches Referral and Care Coordination for Skilled Nursing Operators

In April 2025, CMS broadened its authority to penalize providers for improper transfers and discharges and issues within the transfer and discharge planning process. The implementation of F627 and F628 will significantly change how facilities manage these situations, and facilities that are unprepared may face serious consequences.
