What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director, Provider Sales to lead our efforts in acquiring and expanding relationships with healthcare providers—including health systems, physician groups, and post-acute care organizations—across the country. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare provider landscape and demonstrate the ability to build strong, long-lasting partnerships. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue, shaping our go-to-market strategy, and ensuring that our solutions deliver maximum value to provider organizations and their patients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to provider organizations
- Strong understanding of the healthcare provider market, including knowledge of clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and value-based care models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience executing sales strategies that drive both new business and account expansion
- Experience with CRM systems, Hubspot preferred
Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects
Job Requirements
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Execute a comprehensive sales strategy initially targeting skilled nursing facilities, and over time targeting a diverse range of healthcare providers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the provider segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at provider organizations
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer value
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Accurately document all sales activity in CRM
- Represent Olio at industry conferences and networking events
