Director of Market Development (PNW)
This role will focus on retaining existing business in the market, and growing Olio’s business within the value-based care space (ACOs, physician groups, and health plans). Our ideal candidate will live within his/her market, have a deep understanding of post-acute care, value-based care, and experience with health systems, physician groups and health plans. Must possess the ability to articulate a value proposition, be comfortable presenting software and data, and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders during implementation and market launch. This individual will be required to know his/her market well, have existing post-acute relationships in the market, and enjoy meeting Olio end users and executive leadership virtually and onsite.
Market Integration Specialist
We are looking for a high energy individual who possesses strong sales acumen and self-motivation. Minimum of three (3) years selling to post-acute decision makers. Experience in network development. Training experience in person or via video conferencing. This role will have a strong emphasis on establishing relationships with post-acute leadership prior to Olio launches along with post-launch follow up. Must have a good understanding of current post-acute strategies, opportunities, challenges and regulatory issues. Has a good understanding of value-based care.
