Director of Post-Acute Success - Texas

What We're Looking For

We view Post-Acute Success as a way to create and manage Olio’s relationship on behalf of our clients with post-acute partners. Our ideal candidate will establish and build  relationships with clients, train new users, and identify growth opportunities in their region. This individual will work alongside other key departments such as Clinical Intelligence, Product Success, and Client Experience to monitor progress, increase engagement, and obtain feedback from leaders to enhance our product. 

 

Essential Position Functions

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and train Olio users
  • Partner with other key departments such as Clinical Integration, Product Success, and Client Experience to monitor clinical progress, increase user engagement, and obtain user feedback
  • Identify growth opportunities with post-acute partners in partnership with Olio Market Development
  • Track and monitor priority notes and queue/admission patients within first 90 days of new client launch
  • Conduct analyses of data to translate results and identify solutions to complex problems related to the product and clinical outcomes 
  • Develop, enhance, and own standardized reporting tools measuring performance across the post-acute care continuum
  • Collaborate with stakeholders both internal and external to develop new metrics, reports, and analyses
  • Put results into context and present them effectively  using data visualizations to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as a subject matter expert regarding product analytics methodologies and other analytical resources
  • Contribute to the continued evolution of Olio’s suite of analytical offerings directly effecting how we meet the needs of our customers
  • Visit post-acute sites as needed for ongoing success
  • Maintains a working knowledge of healthcare industry and value based care trends

 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in post-acute care, customer support and/or sales and marketing
  • Strong attention to detail and customer relation skills, including strong presentation aptitude
  • A drive to learn technology in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to establish new partnerships and influence behavior change in the post-acute setting
  • Strong understanding of value based care, and post-acute care experience (strongly preferred)
  • Experience with data analytics (strongly preferred)
  • CRM Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
  • Willingness to travel
