Director of Post-Acute Success - Seattle

We’re growing fast and looking to add a Director of Post-Acute Success to our team.
Essential Position Functions
- Become an Olio expert and work cross functionally with Client Experience, Product Success and Clinical Intelligence teams
- Assist Client Experience on compiling Post-Acute contact lists for invite letters
- Assist post-acute users by securing appropriate contracting, establishing user lists, and ensuring timely completion of training
- Provide supporting resources to post-acute users for successful engagement
- Track and monitor priority notes and queue/admission patients within first 90 days of new client launch
- Identify ongoing training needs for post-acute users
- Develop and maintain relationships with post-acute leadership
- Conduct post-acute monthly calls in conjunction with Clinical Intelligence
- Consistently obtain feedback from post-acute users and provide to Client Experience, Product Success, and Clinical Intelligence teams
- Utilize CRM for activity tracking
- Support Olio leadership on requests for positioning post-acute for growth opportunities
- Understand and know your region for opportunities to assist Olio growth
- Visit post-acute sites as needed for ongoing success
- Maintains a working knowledge of healthcare industry trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of the healthcare industry, including post-acute care (strongly preferred)
- CRM Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in post-acute care, customer support and/or sales and marketing
- Strong attention to detail and customer relation skills
- A drive to learn technology in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills and ability to establish new partnerships
- Willingness to travel
