Director of Market Development (Mid-Atlantic)

We’re growing fast and looking to add a Director of Market Development to our team.

States covered: New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia


Essential Position Functions

  • Establish relationships with executive decision makers for providers and payers within the defined market
  • Articulate the Olio value proposition of improving communication between providers/payers and all levels of post-acute care
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvements within existing clients
  • Maintains a working knowledge of value-based programs
  • Lead monthly calls with clients to review performance data
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue targets for the defined market


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience selling into and contacts at large health systems, physician groups or payers within the defined territory 
  • Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage contracts and delegation


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of healthcare sales experience
  • Strong understanding of value-based care programs such as MSSP ACO’s, ACO REACH, or bundled payments
  • Understanding of post-acute care and the impact on total cost of care and value-based care programs
  • Salesforce, Hubspot, or other CRM experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work remotely
