Indianapolis, Indiana – Midwest-based Olio today announced the hiring of Kaleb Kuhl as the Vice President of Sales. Olio is a software solution that makes it simple for hospital systems, physicians and payers to actively engage with post-acute providers about patient care. In this newly-created position, Kuhl will lead and grow the sales team as Olio continues to expand its innovative Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products to help improve value-based care efforts and improve patient outcomes.

Kuhl is based in Springdale, Arkansas, and was most recently Director: Strategic Accounts for naviHealth. He also held leading sales positions at Surgical Information Systems and CrossWood Associates. Kuhl earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Arkansas Fort Smith and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University - Shreveport.

Supporting Teams with Value-Based Care Goals

Kuhl is a results-driven leader who has led winning sales teams in healthcare, while also supporting his clients to help them reach their value-based care goals. In his previous role at naviHealth, Kuhl was responsible for growing new business and developing executive relationships with the largest 40 health systems and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) in the central United States.

“Kaleb’s background and expertise in value-based care and sales in healthcare SaaS made him the perfect candidate to join Olio,” says Ben Forrest, CEO and Founder of Olio. “His broad talents within the industry, leadership, ability to drive revenue growth, and history of cultivating and nurturing sales teams are a winning combination.”

Continuing to Help ACOs with Post-Acute Management Strategy

Olio’s technology has been at the forefront of helping health systems, physicians, ACOs and payers engage with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), home health providers, inpatient rehab facilities and others. With Olio, care management teams easily cover more ground on vulnerable populations, can connect digitally in real time about each patient’s status (escalating health issues as needed), and get valuable insights to boost performance in value-based care.

“Olio cuts right to the core of what every healthcare provider and ACO is trying to accomplish with their post-acute management strategy,” says Olio Vice President of Sales Kaleb Kuhl. “Healthcare leaders I’ve spoken with in the past four years have been looking for the type of tech-enabled solution that Olio has developed. The impact we are making to bridge gaps in communication, reduce hospital readmissions and improve patient outcomes is unparalleled; and something I knew I had to be a part of. Olio continues to innovate their software to help improve value-based care and it’s why I’m so excited to join the Olio team.”

About Olio
